Sources & Integrations
Content origins, distinct connections and connector status. A configured service does not mean that all capabilities are authorized.
THE CONTROL CENTER
Configure your environment, view connected sources and manage authorizations. Then return to the conversation with your AI.
EVERYTHING CONNECTS HERE
The dashboard brings together sources, documents, conversations and settings. Behind it, AI×9 coordinates roles around the same information.
ONE VIEW, MULTIPLE LAYERS
Content origins, distinct connections and connector status. A configured service does not mean that all capabilities are authorized.
Roles, context and shared knowledge. The path from source to Knowledge preserves validation and provenance.
Information can be found in its context, without losing the reference to its source.
Profile, settings and, for Business, the commercial lifecycle and data management in the same environment.
BUSINESS ACCOUNT
The customer area is integrated into Account in the Business dashboard. From here, you can consult the actual service status and manage authorized requests.
In Account, you’ll find activation, the next renewal date, your license and reports on your activity.

FROM SECTIONS TO QUESTIONS
An invoice, a conversation, photos from a trip. Start with a concrete question: context connects what you have authorized.
“What do I still need to do this week?”
Connects commitments and outstanding requests in the authorized context.
A summary of deadlines and things to check, with references to the sources.
“Find the invoice for the computer I bought two years ago.”
Searches indexed content and information retrievable from the sources.
The relevant document, with date, origin and a link to the available file.
“When did I speak to Marco about that exhibition?”
Connects the person, topic and time references.
The conversation and its context, retaining the reference to the original message.
“Show me all the photos from that trip.”
Uses available information and visual capabilities configured on authorized sources.
Relevant photos found in the acquired material, with a link to their origin.
“Summarize what happened in the last month.”
Collects relevant events and distinguishes what is documented from what is missing.
A readable summary, with people, dates and sources to explore further.
Each request works on material acquired from the sources you have connected and authorized.
KNOWING DOES NOT MEAN DUPLICATING
Making a source searchable does not always require copying every file. Acquisition, indexing and retention depend on the connector and configuration.
When the connection allows it, the original can stay in its location. A complete copy of every library or access to unauthorized data is not promised.
