Google user data we access
OmniAgents connects your Google services to the AI assistant you choose, for example ChatGPT or Claude. When you connect a Google account, OmniAgents requests only the permissions of the services you select, one service at a time:
- Gmail (
gmail.readonly,gmail.compose,gmail.send): to read your messages and attachments for search and context, to save reply drafts in your Gmail Drafts folder, and to send or reply to an email only after you confirm it. - Google Calendar (
calendar.readonly,calendar.events): to read your events and, if you allow it, to create or update an event only after you confirm it. - Google Contacts (
contacts.readonly): to recognise senders and people you work with. - Google Drive (
drive.readonly): to read the files you authorise OmniAgents to import so you can search them and use them as sources. This OAuth permission technically allows reading and downloading all your Drive files; it is not a per-file Picker grant. - Google Photos (
photospicker.mediaitems.readonly): to import only the photos you select in the Google Photos Picker. - Basic identity (
openid, email): to show which Google account is connected.
How we use it
Google user data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features that are prominent in the OmniAgents interface and that you requested. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalised or interest-based ads, and we do not sell it or transfer it to data brokers or information resellers.
AI and machine learning
For AI processing, Google user data is sent only to the AI model that you have chosen and connected, and only when you ask for it, to produce the answer or action you requested. Actions in Google services use the respective Google APIs; remote connections may pass through the relay described below. We do not use Google user data, or data derived from it, to develop, improve or train generalised or non-personalised AI and/or ML models.
Storage and security
In OmniAgents (free edition) access tokens are stored encrypted and imported content stays on your own device, not on OmniAgents servers. The omniagents.link relay forwards requests in real time and does not store them. In OmniAgents Business they are stored in the customer’s environment described in the contract. Data in transit is protected with TLS.
Human access
No person reads your Google user data unless you give affirmative consent for specific content, it is necessary for security purposes (e.g. investigating abuse), or it is required by law.
Revoking access and deleting data
You can disconnect any Google service at any time from the OmniAgents dashboard; the token is revoked and deleted. You can also revoke access in your Google Account permissions. You can delete imported content in the app, or request deletion by writing to info@omniagents.it.
Limited Use
OmniAgents’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
