Request deletion by email
You can send your request to info@omniagents.it without reinstalling the app or accessing your computer. Write from the email address associated with the account, if available, and say that you want to delete your OmniAgents account. Do not send passwords, access codes or copies of your archive. If you no longer have access to that email address, tell us: we will work with you to verify the information needed to identify the request.
From your computer: Mac and Windows
- Open OmniAgents and go to Account → Delete account.
- Read the summary, enter your current password and the confirmation requested on screen.
- Choose whether to keep a backup outside the installation, then press Delete account and all data.
- Check the result of the operation and the revocation outcomes. Confirmation that deletion has started does not confirm that it has finished. If an error occurs, keep the message or receipt and contact us.
Completed deletion removes the account and data in the local instance: archive, imported files, memory, settings and credentials stored within it. It is irreversible; a backup saved outside the instance remains available to you.
From the iPhone and Android app
- Open Settings → Delete account.
- Choose Delete account and data and confirm sending the request.
- On the paired computer, confirm the request with your OmniAgents password. Only this confirmation starts deletion.
Your computer must be on, online and reachable. The phone lets you check the status or cancel a pending request; if the computer is unreachable or the request expires, follow the instructions in the app. Losing the phone connection does not by itself prove that data on the computer was deleted. If the installed version does not offer this path, use the email request above.
Unpair only one phone
Open Settings → Delete account → Unpair this phone. This changes the phone’s access: your account and archive on the computer remain. When the relay confirms unpairing, the phone record, sessions and pairing credentials are removed; the app erases its local key. If the outcome is not confirmed, access remains suspended and the app asks you to retry online.
Connections, external services and the relay
During deletion, OmniAgents attempts to revoke integrations and connected apps and unregister the installation from the relay. When unregistration is confirmed, the paired phones, their credentials, notification tokens and relay sessions are also removed. These outcomes are separate from local deletion: an unconfirmed revocation must be completed through the relevant service or with support.
The relay does not keep a persistent archive of Meta content: it forwards content to the paired computer using temporary memory in transit. Google data remains excluded from the relay.
Data this operation does not delete
Deleting the instance does not remove exported copies or external backups, originals in connected sources, or data held by Google, Meta, your AI provider or other apps. Those services’ controls and procedures apply to their data. Receipts and logs for the deletion operation may remain on the computer outside the instance.
Local deletion does not automatically remove support correspondence, usage statistics already received or administrative documents. You may include them in your email request: we will explain which data is under our control, what is to be deleted and what may need to be retained for legal obligations or other legitimate reasons. Purposes and retention are described in the privacy notice; pseudonymous software usage statistics are retained for 180 days from receipt. Technical security records on the relay are separate from content.
If you no longer have access to your computer
Use the email contact above to start your request and ask for removal of connections and data under our control. We cannot remotely delete files held only on a computer that we cannot reach. We will help you identify the available steps, without requiring you to reinstall the app to submit your request.
OmniAgents Business
If you use a Business environment, identify the organization in your request: accounts, exports, deletion and any retention obligations follow the environment’s contract and the customer’s roles. Data deletion and ending a subscription are separate operations.
