How it works
In the app: Management → Account, Apps, Sources, Integrations, Portability.

In OmniAgents open Apps and click a + tile: the list of apps opens, grouped by sector with their logos.

Pick the app from the list or paste its MCP address (you'll find it in the app's documentation).

The app's own sign-in window opens: you sign in with your account and decide what to allow.

Choose which of the app's tools your AI may use, with a switch for each.

Ask in the chat for what you need. When the AI wants to change something, the "Confirm action" panel shows every detail: Confirm and run or Decline.

To disconnect an app: select it and press Revoke.
Security and control
Access keys are stored encrypted on your computer; the AI never sees them.
No data is sent to an app unless you ask.
Every change (create, edit, delete) needs your confirmation, every time.
You can switch off single tools or revoke an app at any time.
Works with the AI you choose in OmniAgents.
Answers before you start.
Can the AI change my apps on its own?
No. Lookups happen when you ask; every change waits until you press "Confirm and run". If you don't confirm within 30 minutes, the action expires and is not run.
What does the connected app see?
Only the requests you make through the AI (for example the text of the note to create). OmniAgents doesn't send your personal memory to the app unless you ask it to use part of it.
How do I disconnect it?
Apps → select the app → Revoke. OmniAgents asks the app to cancel access and deletes the keys from your computer. Data already in the app stays in the app.
Why is an app "Coming soon"?
That app only accepts assistants it has approved in advance: we'll enable it as soon as that process is complete.

Adding content
to your memory
You choose what to add to your personal memory. In every section (Friends, Calendar, Contacts, Documents, Photos, Messages):
- press Add at the top right;
- choose which source or app: all those connected in Integrations and in Apps are listed;
- search and select the items;
- press Add selected.
Only what you chose enters your memory. Sources that are not yet connected appear greyed out, with a link to Integrations.
