1. User or organisation
OmniAgents Business is provided by Giampaolo Rao. Contact: info@omniagents.it. These provisions supplement the Business terms of service.
Removing a user, revoking a device and deleting a Business organisation have different effects. A user cannot presume authority to delete shared data or the entire environment. An authorised administrator identifies the organisation, affected users and request scope. Information and requests: info@omniagents.it.
Only an authorised company administrator may request deletion of the business account. The operation concerns environment access and data identified in its confirmation: before confirming, the administrator informs affected users and checks what must be retained.
2. Export and verification
Before deletion, the administrator reviews data to retain, permissions, applicable legal duties and the export available for the environment. Necessary copies should be retained outside the instance and checked for readability. Credentials must not be emailed or exported in plaintext. Requests are proportionately verified to prevent unauthorised deletion.
3. Deletion and revocation
Use the deletion flow actually available for your role and environment; if unavailable, send a request to the contact above. Check the final outcome, not only initiation. Local disconnection and revocation at Google, Meta or other apps have separate results; complete unconfirmed revocations in provider settings. Mobile associations and push tokens follow the outcome of relay removal. Uninstallation does not establish account deletion.
4. External copies and retention
Deletion concerns data under the control of the party performing it. Customer copies, external backups and content at Meta, Google or an AI provider are not automatically erased. Commercial accounts, contractual evidence, administrative records, correspondence and previously received statistics may have separate purposes and periods described in the privacy notice and contract. The Provider identifies data to delete and necessary retention without certifying actions on systems it does not control.
5. Subscription and rights
Data deletion and subscription cancellation are not equivalent: review both procedures and retain their receipts. For rights concerning personnel and correspondents, the Customer remains controller, with Provider assistance under the DPA. Publishing this procedure neither activates a Business service nor confirms deletion.
