1. Provider, scope and package

Business package 2026-10-11.3 applies to new consumer and business offers and preserves earlier receipts. The Business terms of service and Commercial terms are the texts of this same edition, not references to earlier versions.
2. Offer and activation
One licence per computer: €19/month. Each licence authorises one Business app on one Mac or Windows computer. 100 computers require 100 downloads and 100 licences; users or connected accounts do not replace computer licences. 30 days free, at €0, starting when the licence is actually activated in the app on the computer. Registration, ordering, PayPal authorisation and downloading do not start the trial. Recurring payment is authorised at checkout: from day 31, €19/month is charged automatically unless cancelled before the first charge. Activation, trial end and next payment dates must appear in the confirmation and in the app’s Business section.
The free trial is granted only once: repurchasing after cancellation does not entitle the Customer to a second 30-day trial. Reinstallation, a computer change and account deletion do not restart a trial already used. The pre-order summary states trial eligibility and the first charge date.
3. Data and licence
The Customer’s data remains theirs, on their Mac or Windows computer, subject to third-party rights. Authorised flows to sources, the AI model and external services are described in Privacy. The Provider does not host the Customer’s work archive. Termination disables licensed Business functions without issuing an instruction to erase local data; the app still permits local export after expiry. The Customer chooses the compatible AI model. AI/API provider charges and other Customer-selected services are separate from the €19/month licence, under their respective contracts.
In the ordinary procedure, only the “Delete account” function releases the licence associated with that computer. Simply uninstalling does not release it or cancel the subscription: the licence stays bound to the computer and becomes active again after reinstalling on the same computer, subject to the state and duration of the right of use, without a new trial. Cancelling renewal alone does not release the binding. After “Delete account”, support is never needed to release the licence: if the relay is unreachable at that time, release occurs automatically within 72 hours of deletion, when the signed licence that is no longer renewed expires. Before deleting the account, save and verify an export of the data you need.
For a lost or broken computer, support may release the licence after verifying the request: at most one support release every 30 days. This is separate from automatic release after “Delete account”. Contact info@omniagents.it; the first response is within 2 business days, which is not a guarantee of resolution within that period.
4. Documents and separate choices
Before ordering, the summary, documents and versions are presented. Automatic renewal and suspension are governed by Commercial terms (§4 and §6) and Terms of service (§8), with the specific approvals required by law. Consumers retain mandatory rights: formal approval does not cure an unfair term. Privacy and optional consents remain separate; no checkbox is preselected.
5. Consumers
If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving a reason. The 30-day free trial and cancellation of renewal are separate from withdrawal. Send an unambiguous statement to info@omniagents.it with your name, order email, order reference and date; you may use the model on the Withdrawal page. Do not send credentials. Statutory conformity remedies and other mandatory rights remain unaffected. Starting before the 14 days have elapsed requires a separate, explicit request that is not preselected. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, withdrawal is lost only after supply starts, the consumer has first expressly consented to early supply, expressly acknowledged that loss, and received contractual confirmation on a durable medium, where Article 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code applies. For any continuing services, merely starting does not remove withdrawal: statutory conditions and limits apply; no trial charge is payable during the 30 days at €0. The acknowledgement does not waive conformity remedies or other mandatory rights. Without valid conditions, withdrawal is not treated as lost.
6. Checkout status
Checkout sends the necessary details and accepted document version to the relay commercial service, which creates the order and directs the Customer to PayPal. Recurring payment requires the Customer’s PayPal authorisation; visiting or reading the text alone creates no order. An error or unverified response does not confirm a purchase.
