The version applicable to your relationship is the one presented and accepted during registration or the applicable activation process. You can save this page using your browser’s Print function.
1. The Customer’s provider and contract
The Customer uses their own API key or subscription with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or another compatible AI provider. The contract is directly between the Customer and the chosen provider. A chat subscription does not necessarily include API access: the Customer checks the terms of their service.
2. Costs, limits and billing
The AI provider’s costs, usage limits and billing are the Customer’s responsibility and are separate from the €19/month for OmniAgents Business. OmniAgents does not resell the model or include provider credits, tokens or quotas in the Business price.
3. Data and the provider’s role
The AI provider acts as an independent data controller for its service, and is not an OmniAgents subprocessor. Content sent through the Customer’s key is processed by the provider under its own terms and privacy notice. The Customer checks and accepts the provider’s terms and privacy notice, including data retention and use, and sends only content for which they have the necessary rights and permissions.
4. AI responses and external actions
OmniAgents does not guarantee provider availability, results or the accuracy of AI responses. The Customer checks responses and is responsible for their use; OmniAgents is not liable for that use, subject to mandatory statutory duties and liabilities. External actions require the Customer’s confirmation in the relevant flow.
5. Key protection and revocation
The API key is stored locally in the Customer’s computer keychain; OmniAgents, as the Provider, does not receive it. The Customer can at any time remove the connection in the app and revoke the key with the provider. Do not send keys or other credentials by email or in support requests.
6. Acceptance and related documents
These terms require separate acceptance in the app when the Customer connects an API key to an AI provider, before it is saved, with the version and hash retained in the receipt. Installation and Business checkout do not require this acceptance; the website does not collect or save API keys. The Business terms, Business Privacy and DPA continue to apply, each within its own scope.
